Mental Illness Day 5

Other people need this stuff....

I ended up taking 5mg (1/2) this morning to see if it would help me concentrate through church.

That wasn't an issue.... controlling Debbie and Sarah during church was.  All of the worship service, I was listening to them complain about being bored (and that it was too early for this), flashing a green laser at me (part of a Dr Who toy I gave Sarah), pulling my hair because a bug flew into it (x3), hiding a phone during the communion time, and trying to stop them from playing games during the service.  It was exhausting!  The funny part was their brother, who hadn't been to church in like 3 years, was totally enthralled.  He ended up taking Sarah's laser at the end.

Aside from that craziness, I noted that I am impulsive when not on meds, which is very sad to me.  I also realized that I act the same way during service too- I want/need to be distracted or the alternative is to fall asleep.
