Day 2- a day late... but that's ok! That's what backdating is for....

Yay!  So Day 2 is:

Day 2: something that’s illegal but you think it should be legal.

Hmmm..... especially since I  thought about posting this while driving- I think texting (or doing anything else for that matter while driving) should only be cited and illegal when you actually crash.  And then, yes, the punishment should be severe.  With all this talk about 'distracted driving'- it includes playing music, comfort level by the temperature, crying kids in the backseat, makeup, and a bunch of other stuff besides texting.  It's just one of many.  There's no chance of removing every single distraction until you take the privilege away from fallible humans (like a google car!).  I do like Kidd Kraddick's suggestion- "If you don't like the idea of an unmanned car- just hit it, then the creators won't be able to release it".  

Otherwise, there are a couple other things- drugs.  Sounds super weird, but if illicit drugs were legal, we take away alot of power from drug lords and stuff.  There should just be taxes and parameters (like a special bar or place to do it, rather than being alone at home or in the public).

Fireworks (unless there's a fire ban).  If people are so concerned.  Create different levels.  Like fireworks that don't leave the ground or scream.  Those should be allowed within city limits, they don't bother anyone.....

There's tons more, but I'm hanging out with PD right now and I don't want to appear overly distracted....
