A Tail of Puppy Proportions!

This is Dai.

She is my 7 yr old Beagle mix I rescued from a shelter a few years ago.

This past Saturday, I had a bunch of fun ambitious things I needed to do.  Life had a different plan, and I was homebound with vertigo from an antibiotic medication I was taking and some raging infection affects I'm sure.

Although unable to walk (at least in the morning) straight, I decided to try and get things done anyway- ya know, without leaving the house.  I never made it really far and accomplished just about nothing.  What I did do- however, was to capture Dai in all her puppy laziness.  It was great- enjoy!

First, she started on the futon.  This is like her spot.

When I'm not lying on the couch, she'll take up the whole thing

When I am, she tries to take up the whole thing, then gets discouraged when I won't move

Maybe my poor puppy has insomnia- she's always changing positions.

 She started uncovered, but as the air vent blows straight on the bed

well, my baby likes to be toasty
She dug herself into all these positions, by the way.

Look closely- she's there.  All this pic shows is her nose and tail

Really little dog?  This really doesn't look very comfy.

When she finally gave up on the bed, 

she moved over to my laundry that I was trying to gather

I would think it would be lumpy or something, but she slept there again last night 

(*shush*, I'll get to the laundry eventually!)

At Debbie's on Sara's bed- I don't know what it is about her bed

but Dai will roll all over it!

Now, don't forget I have another puppy!

She just has separation anxiety and followed me around room to room

So she never got the sleepy puppy pics.
