Oh wow!

Wow. So much has happened over time! Where has all the time gone???

To continue with our story- we were engaged October 31, 2008 at the Harvest Inn Restuarant that is part of Pheasant Run Resort. We went there to see the play, "One Enchanted Evening" which was the songs of many popular musicals including those from South Pacific (my fave!) He had the entire thing planned out- it was so cute. I'll have to post a picture of the ring later, along with both sets of our engagement pictures (we had one in December and one last week).

Living in Ohio is fun! I really miss seeing Ryan all the time (like almost everyday!). I go to school still and I work as a security supervisor down in Hamilton. It keeps me busy. Between life and planning for the wedding, they are a perfect balance to keep me occupied and sane!

Ryan just celebrated his birthday! I went to Hammond to celebrate it with him. We didn't do very much since we're somewhat saving for the wedding. We saw the school musical, Snoopy, it was ok. Nicely put together with nice props, but the storyline was weak (wow, I'm really starting to sound like Steven and his review writing class stuffs!). Saturday was the day I was gone all day trying to buy his present. I knew exactly what I wanted to get him, but now was the time to do it. I called everyone I knew that could possibly help, and I finally caught a break after 5 hours. I went through some intense negotiations and fights, but 5 hours after that I arrived home with Ryan's present: a new scooter! Not just any scooter- this one doesn't require a license and can go up to 45 mph! It gets 100mpg and will be a great summer toy! He was so excited!
